The process of an LLP is almost same as that of a Private or Public Company with a simplification of compliances. Maintaining an LLP is relatively an easy affair on legal front. An LLP can be started by any two or more persons (atleast one of such designated person should be from India; the others may be from India/abroad). The process begins with getting a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) à Digital Signature (DSC) à availing a name for the LLP à preparing LLP Agreement à selecting a Registered office (a place in India) à appointing Partners & Designated Partners à filing online to get the Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of LLP under Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
