Lawlabz ensures quality of work at all times and our charges are based on your requirements. For opinions or strategical/governance based advisory services, our charges would range about Rs. 5000/- per hour. For legal compliances of casual or periodical nature, our charges would be Rs. 3000 per hour. For retainers who remain attached with us and enjoying other services which are not a part of retainers, our charges would be Rs. 1,500 per hour. The rates quoted in the website gives you an approximate idea and based on the intricacies of your required service, it may differ.

In order to ensure commitment from both the ends, Lawlabz will commence your assignment on confirmation of atleast 30% as Advance alongwith the statutory fees required to be paid to authorities; then the balance 50% may be paid on submission of all requisite documents and the final balance 20% on getting the requisite approvals.

Lawlabz does not encourage rush jobs unless you are a retainer with us. As a retainer who remain attached with us for a yearly package, we may consider rush job to achieve maximum benefit.

Lawlabz will detail you in advance when you get a proposal for your services, the total amount which will be charged by us. Right from every advice or every opinion we give and the time we spent for your work will be billed. In cases, the bill may exclude Service Tax, wherever applicable, statutory charges, certification charges, stamp duty, any other fees for any other filing, travel and other incidental expenses, incurred by us exclusively for the execution of these services known even in the future course, which will be reimbursable at actuals.
